Launched to support lifelong learning and pedagogical excellence, our academy empowers K–12 educators, instructional coaches, and school leaders with research-informed, classroom-tested training resources, interactive courses, and collaborative learning communities.

Our Mission

We exist to strengthen teaching practice through accessible, equitable, and sustainable professional learning. By centering teacher voice, cultural responsiveness, and evidence-based strategies, we help educators grow their craft, deepen student engagement, and thrive in evolving educational landscapes.

Who We Are

Academy.TeacherPochadt.com is operated by TeacherPochadt Education Group — an independent, educator-led initiative founded in 2022. Our team includes National Board Certified Teachers, curriculum designers, instructional technologists, and equity-focused facilitators with decades of collective experience across public, charter, and international school settings. We do not partner with third-party data brokers, and we do not sell user data. All course content is developed in-house or co-created with practicing educators.

What We Offer

Self-Paced Courses: On-demand modules covering inclusive pedagogy, formative assessment, SEL integration, and digital literacy — all aligned with ISTE, CASEL, and state teaching standards.
Live Learning Cohorts: Facilitated, cohort-based programs with peer feedback, coaching cycles, and micro-credentialing opportunities.

Our Commitment to Equity & Accessibility

We design every course and interface with universal design for learning (UDL) principles. All video content includes accurate captions and transcripts; documents follow WCAG 2.1 AA standards; and course pathways accommodate varied time commitments and tech access.
